All Brockway carpets feature our revolutionary Envirobac system for secondary carpet backing, which ensures the carpet is easy to transport and fit, even under the most difficult conditions.
The result of four years research and development, Envirobac is the product of one of the world’s most advanced broadloom finishing plants.
Produced with less impact on the environment than traditional carpet backing, Envirobac is lightweight and extremely stable and uses a highly engineered combination of polyolefin derivatives to lock the tufts of yarn into the primary back, adhering the secondary and primary backs together.
Because it’s easier to cut and fit, damage to walls and skirting is minimised and your carpet can be fitted more quickly, with less chance of any creasing.
The Envirobac system is an example of our commitment to environmentally friendly production and we take pride in the fact that our manufacturing process is completely free from effluent and harmful emissions.
